Last Stop in Zhongwei


Our last destination in Zhongwei, Ningxia before moving on with our trip to other provinces in China.

Yes, that would be a beetle of some sort relaxing on Caroline's hat. And no, I did not tell her it was there until after the photograph was taken.



Petroglyphics



Yet another neat looking "WC". Once again, not so neat looking on the inside.



Nothing spectacular here, but I liked the way this shot turned out, simple and subtle. The steps would lead to the pagoda as shown a few pictures above.




Just about every city in China has a little downtown or nightlife area. Zhongwei was no exception. Judging based off of their facial expressions, the street vendors in the first picture above appear to have just heard a ridiculous offer for their goods. Such happens quite often.
